Every employee in our company started their career as an entry-level Recruiter. Our model is to only promote from within, which allows all employees the opportunity for advancement and ability to achieve professional and financial success. The majority of our Recruiters are promoted into Account Management. However, some Recruiters may choose a different career path, where they move into other roles such as Professional Recruiter, Resource Manager, or Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a rapidly growing company, we continue to create new roles to provide even greater opportunities for our employees. Promotions happen on average within 6-9 months and are solely based on merit, not tenure. ShiftCode Analytics also offers multiple career paths into management.

Compensation and Benefits
Employees are paid weekly. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package starts on day one of your employment and includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, short and long-term disability insurance and life insurance. Other benefits include paid vacation, sick pay.
For Recruiters, once you earn your promotion from Recruiter to Account Manager, you will receive an increase in your base salary and will begin earning commissions. Additionally, Account Managers receive a car allowance, cell phone allowance, and an expense account for company-related spending. All Account Managers are also eligible to earn a year-end bonus and incentive units in the company’s incentive unit plan. Finally, Account Managers have the opportunity to earn an all-expenses-paid incentive trip from ShiftCode Analytics.
